Who has never heard of the slimming virtues of green tea? Of course, drinking 1 litre of green tea per day is not enough to see the kilos melt away like snow in the sun. But it is nevertheless ideal to drink it when dieting because it has the advantage of containing hardly any calories, and it makes a change from ordinary water!
